This is a part-time position, offering flexible working arrangements to ensure a healthy work-life balance. We provide competitive salaries, ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be based in Lancashire County and will work closely with various local authorities, including Blackburn with Darwen and Blackpool councils.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality family support services to children and families in need of assistance.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Manage complex caseloads, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely interventions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
