The Governors are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker who has recent experience of working with children, young people and families to support the needs of the community which we serve. - works with a genuine child-centred approach;
- is passionate and knowledgeable about children's learning and development
- has proven record of working successfully with a range of stakeholders in school to support children, young people and their families through interventions to raise achievement
- has experience of working in a personalised way to best meet the needs of children, young people and families to overcome barriers to learning
- is able to work effectively in managing their time and have excellent communication skills
- has a good sense of humour and positive attitude
