**Job Summary**
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist at Aspris, you will work closely with young people who have complex needs, assessing their requirements, developing personalized plans, and delivering tailored interventions to improve their quality of life.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs of our young people
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapeutic work to support staff in implementing strategies
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Monitor progress, report on outcomes, and make recommendations for improvement
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with young people with autism and severe learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with young people effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
