About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Therapy and Education Specialist to join our team at Aspris. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and specialist school, supporting young people with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of our young people, developing and implementing individualised therapy plans, and working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that our young people receive the best possible education and care.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience working with young people with Autism & severe learning disabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including exclusive access to a reward and discount scheme, comprehensive induction, Blue Light Card, commitment to ongoing training and career progression, paid enhanced DBS check, wellbeing support, and cycle to work scheme.
