About the Role: Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking an experienced CAMHS Practitioner to join our team in North Lancashire. As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to patients in the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing patients' mental health needs and developing personalized care plans
  • Providing therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Requirements:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC
- Proven experience within a community recovery role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
