Sensory Integration Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Integration Therapist to join our team at Aspris. As a Sensory Integration Therapist, you will work closely with young people who require support with sensory integration and occupational therapy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with young people effectively and demonstrate empathy and understanding.

**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering direct therapeutic work to support staff in implementing strategies. They will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support, monitor progress, report on outcomes, and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with young people with autism and severe learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with young people effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
