Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Aspris. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to convey sensitive information and prioritise work effectively.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people who have autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour in school settings and residential homes.
  • You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving the well-being and outcomes of our clients.
About the Role

The successful candidate will perform assessments, conduct observations, and provide sensory recommendations. They will also work closely with staff to develop strategies for engaging with young people and promoting their overall well-being.

  • Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, carrying out direct therapeutic work, and providing ongoing support to staff.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to convey sensitive information and prioritise work effectively.

Salary

The salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
