Senior Finance Analyst - Business Analysis

At the heart of our Finance team, the Business Analysis department plays a vital role in driving strategic decisions. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial and analytical support, driving business growth and optimisation
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis Manager to develop and implement analytical solutions that inform business decisions
  • Continuously challenge current thinking and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Develop and present financial business cases to support large-scale investments and strategic initiatives
  • Support the business in conducting trials and analysing results, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Highly analytical with the ability to use business intelligence to generate impactful insights
  • Strong business modelling skills and experience with data analysis and visualisation tools
  • Curious and driven, with a passion for learning and understanding the off-price retail model
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into simple, effective and engaging language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
