Senior Finance Analyst - Business Analysis

At the heart of our Finance team, the Business Analysis department plays a vital role in driving strategic decisions. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial and analytical support, driving business growth and optimisation
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, leveraging data visualisation tools to communicate key findings
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement trials, leveraging statistical software to analyse results and inform business decisions
  • Provide expert financial guidance to non-finance professionals, ensuring effective communication of complex financial concepts
Requirements
  • Proven analytical skills, with experience in business intelligence and data visualisation
  • Strong business modelling skills, with ability to develop complex financial models
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Accounting qualification or MBA preferred, with experience in a consumer-facing business (Retail/FMCG) desirable
