Senior Finance Analyst - Business Analysis

At the heart of our Finance team, the Business Analysis department plays a vital role in driving strategic decisions. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and business cases to inform key business decisions. Your expertise will be sought after by various departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial and analytical support, driving business growth and optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business cases to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement business solutions, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Provide expert advice on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, business planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
  • Accounting qualification or MBA preferred, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
