About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior BI Analyst to join our Business Analysis team at TJX Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering insightful analysis and providing financial and analytical support to our business partners across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with functions across the organisation to provide financial and analytical support towards their goals and priorities
  • Work with the Business Analysis Manager to provide cohesive analytical support to help inform strategic business decisions
  • Continually challenge the status quo and recommend ways to optimize business opportunities and minimize risks/costs
  • Support the business to conduct trials, consult non-finance professionals on Test and Learn best practice, analyse results using statistical software and present findings back to Senior Leadership
  • Provide key insights on competitors, market trends and potential implications facing the business and offer alternatives/solutions
Requirements
  • Highly analytical with an ability to use business intelligence to generate impactful insight
  • Strong business modelling skills
  • Skilled in translating financial or complex analysis in a simple, effective & engaging manner
  • Ability to interrogate multiple large data sets and utilise analytical tools such as Excel (essential) and Power BI or similar (desirable)
  • Accounting qualification, MBA, or similar business planning experience
  • Experience within a consumer facing business (Retail/FMCG) desirable
