Senior Finance Analyst - Business Analysis

At the heart of our Finance team, the Business Analysis department plays a vital role in driving strategic decisions. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial and analytical support, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis Manager to develop and implement analytical solutions that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Continuously challenge current thinking and develop recommendations to optimize business opportunities and minimize risk.
  • Develop and present financial business cases to support large-scale investments, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Support the business in conducting trials, analyzing results, and presenting findings to Senior Leadership.
  • Provide key insights on competitors, market trends, and potential implications facing the business, offering alternative solutions and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Highly analytical with the ability to leverage business intelligence to generate impactful insights.
  • Strong business modeling skills, with the ability to develop and implement analytical solutions.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a drive to problem-solve and innovate.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into simple, effective, and engaging language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Accounting qualification, MBA, or similar business planning experience preferred.
  • Experience within a consumer-facing business (Retail/FMCG) desirable.
