Senior Finance Analyst - Business Analysis

At the heart of our Finance team, the Business Analysis department plays a vital role in driving strategic decisions. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial and analytical support, driving business growth and optimisation
  • Collaborate with the Business Analysis Manager to develop and implement analytical solutions that inform strategic business decisions
  • Continuously challenge current thinking and develop innovative solutions to optimise business opportunities and mitigate risk
  • Develop and present financial business cases to support large-scale investments, driving business growth and ROI
  • Support the business in conducting trials, analysing results, and presenting findings to Senior Leadership
  • Provide key insights on competitors, market trends, and potential implications, offering alternative solutions and recommendations
Requirements
  • Highly analytical with the ability to utilise business intelligence to generate impactful insights
  • Strong business modelling skills, with the ability to develop and implement analytical solutions
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a drive to problem-solve and innovate
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into simple, effective, and engaging language
  • Ability to work with multiple large data sets, utilising analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Accounting qualification, MBA, or similar business planning experience preferred
