UK Regional Sales Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a UK Regional Sales Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the UK region through business development and sales activities. You will work closely with clients, customers, and internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Main Objectives:- To develop and execute a business strategy that achieves sales targets in modular buildings
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the off-site construction industry
- To lead a sales team to ensure successful business development and sales growth
- Proven track record in business development and sales in modular buildings or a related field
- Strong understanding of the UK market and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly competitive salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum, plus £80,000 OTE
