About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Children's Nurse to join our team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and their families in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to children and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote the health and well-being of children.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of patients and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
  • A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
