About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our bank staff. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings across our client Trusts in England, providing high-quality care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure effective communication with families and carers.
  • Persuade patients and families to cooperate with treatment and effectively manage anxious relatives.
  • Ensure parents/carers and the child (when appropriate) can agree and/or negotiate care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
  • A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
