About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lingerie and Swimwear Designer to join our team at Pour Moi Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and designing commercial Lingerie, Swimwear, and Sports ranges that fit with our brand's unique handwriting and aesthetic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify global trends, colour palettes, and seasonal fabric and trims direction
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and commercially relevant designs that meet our brand's standards
  • Work closely with our Buying, Merchandising, and Design (BMD) team to react to sales information and design ranges that meet our commercial goals
  • Develop thorough tech packs to ensure accurate garment construction and first samples
  • Liaise with factories to ensure timely and accurate product development
  • Work closely with our Beachwear and Nightwear teams to deliver cohesive collections
  • Utilize your technical contour skills to ensure product integrity and quality

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and creative designer with a strong commercial awareness and understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear. You will possess a commercial eye for print, pattern, and colour, and a keen attention to detail. You will be confident in managing multiple projects concurrently and have a dynamic and proactive work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven commercial design experience within a fuller bust lingerie and/or cup-sized swimwear retailer or supplier
  • Strong technical contour skills, demonstrating an understanding of fabric, fit, and garment make-up
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Willingness to travel for inspiration and development trips within the UK and internationally
