About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lingerie and Swimwear Designer to join our team at Pour Moi Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and designing commercial Lingerie, Swimwear, and Sports ranges that fit with the Pour Moi Brand handwriting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop commercial Lingerie, Swimwear, and Sports ranges that meet the Pour Moi Brand standards.
  • Work closely with the design team to research and collate global trends, colour palettes, and seasonal fabric and trims direction.
  • Collaborate with the Buying and Merchandising team to react to sales information and design commercially relevant, innovative ranges.
  • Create innovative designs that can be made technically up to a J cup size and 22 dress size.
  • Develop thorough tech packs to go out to our factories, with a clear understanding of garment construction to ensure first samples are correct.
  • Work closely with the technical team on fitting and technical development, following design from concept to first fits.
  • Liaise with factories on product development, ensuring everything is delivered to critical path.
  • Work closely with the Beachwear and Nightwear teams to deliver cohesive collections.
  • Create and manipulate prints.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lingerie and Swimwear Designer who possesses a strong commercial awareness and an understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear.

Main Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven commercial design experience within a fuller bust lingerie and/or cup sized swimwear retailer or supplier.
  • Strong technical contour skills, demonstrating an understanding of fabric, fit, and garment make up to ensure product integrity.
  • Be a self-motivated, passionate, creative, and innovative designer with a strong commercial awareness and an understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear.
  • Possess a commercial eye for print, pattern, and colour, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and proactive work ethic, with the ability to prioritise own workload and take full accountability for all aspects of their role.
  • Confident to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Easily adaptable and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator, with strong verbal and written skills, who can clearly articulate opinions and challenge and influence key stakeholders across the business.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop).
  • Willingness to travel for inspiration and development trips within the UK and internationally.
