About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Fashion Designer to join our design team. As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and designing commercial lingerie and swimwear ranges that fit with the Pour Moi brand handwriting. You will work closely with our design team to research and collate global trends, colour palettes, and seasonal fabric direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop commercial lingerie and swimwear ranges that meet the Pour Moi brand standards
- Work with the design team to research and collate global trends, colour palettes, and seasonal fabric direction
- Design and develop innovative and commercially relevant ranges that meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet the required quality standards
- Work with factories to ensure that products are delivered to critical path and meet the required quality standards
- Contribute to the development of cohesive collections across lingerie, swimwear, and beachwear
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of the design room and ensure that all design tasks are completed to a high standard
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Fashion Designer who has a strong commercial awareness and an understanding of current and emerging trends within intimates and womenswear. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of proven commercial design experience within a fuller bust lingerie and/or cup-sized swimwear retailer or supplier. You will also have strong technical contour skills, a commercial eye for print, pattern, and colour, and a keen attention to detail.

- Strong technical contour skills, demonstrating an understanding of fabric, fit, and garment make-up to ensure product integrity
- Commercial eye for print, pattern, and colour, and a keen attention to detail
- Dynamic and proactive work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator, with strong verbal and written skills, and the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers, and others at all levels
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
