Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our eTeam team. As a key member of our Outsource team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of processes, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure their requirements are met and our contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  2. Provide quotations for sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system and manage daily prioritization of customer orders.
  3. Answer customer queries, documenting information and providing timely updates on order status and escalations.
  4. Process new customer requests, ensuring work is managed efficiently and effectively for Outsource.
  5. Partner with logistics to verify the progress of units and monitor Turn Around Time to ensure customer contractual commitments are met.
  6. Update internal system notes for individual jobs and follow quality procedures to log certificates for auditing purposes.
  7. Support the Outsource team on-site, providing good teamwork and prompt support.
  8. Assure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.

Requirements:

Strong computer office skills are required for this position, and a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success.
