Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of processes, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure their requirements are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Provide quotations for sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system.
  • Manage daily prioritization of customer orders and communicate status updates.
  • Answer customer queries and provide documented information.
  • Process new customer requests and ensure timely completion of outsourced work.
  • Partner with logistics to verify the progress of units.
  • Monitor turnaround times to ensure customer contractual commitments are met.
  • Update internal system notes for individual jobs.
  • Follow quality procedures to log certificates onto the internal system for auditing purposes.
  • Support on-site duties and provide prompt support to the team.
  • Assure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer office skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
