We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of processes, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure their requirements are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Provide quotations for sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system.
- Manage daily prioritization of customer orders and communicate status updates.
- Answer customer queries and provide documented information.
- Process new customer requests and ensure timely completion of outsourced work.
- Partner with logistics to verify the progress of units.
- Monitor turnaround times to ensure customer contractual commitments are met.
- Update internal system notes for individual jobs.
- Follow quality procedures to log certificates onto the internal system for auditing purposes.
- Support on-site duties and provide prompt support to the team.
- Assure the supply of high-technology materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong computer office skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
