Are you a seasoned procurement professional with a background in engineering or oil and gas looking to take on a challenging role with a market-leading business? This role involves overseeing and coordinating all procurement activities, including reviewing contracts, liaising with customers, clients, and suppliers, and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and shipping agents. You will also be responsible for inventory management and will be the go-to technical expert for all purchasing and procurement matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of all procurement activities, including contract review and negotiation
  • Liaison with customers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes
  • Coordination of shipments with freight forwarders and shipping agents
  • Inventory management and control
  • Technical expertise in purchasing and procurement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field
  • Background in engineering or oil and gas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes
