Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Deal with complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
