Construction Site Supervisor

About the Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced MEP site manager to lead our client's £25m M&E commercial/industrial project in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. As part of this dynamic team, you'll oversee the installation of packages through to PC, collaborating closely with the CSA team to achieve project goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project Manager to track project progress and communicate effectively
- Supervise and coordinate contracted staff to optimize project efficiency
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING SUBCONTRACTORS
- CONDUCT REGULAR SAFETY INSPECTIONS TO ENSURE CONSTRUCTION AND SITE SAFETY
- PREPARE AND CHECK SITE REPORTS, DESIGNS, AND DRAWINGS ACCURATELY
- IMPLEMENT QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS
- E nsure COMPLIANCE WITH ALL HSE REQUIREMENTS AND COMPANY PROCEDURES
- ASSIST THE PROJECT MANAGER WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT AS NEEDED
- CONTROL CHANGES AND REPORT DEVIATIONS TO THE PROJECT TEAM PROMPTLY
- PERFORM ROUTINE SITE INSPECTIONS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT
- CARRY OUT PROJECT CLOSE-OUT ACTIVITIES AND DOCUMENT LESSONS LEARNED
