Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Visitor Experience Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent visitor experience at Rugby Art Gallery & Museum and the Visitor Centre. Your main duties will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors
  • Assisting with the smooth operation of the gallery and museum
  • Contributing to the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and presentation
As a flexible and proactive individual, you will be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, ensuring that our visitors receive a consistently high level of service.

You will be working closely with other members of the team to achieve our goals and objectives. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
