We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is excited to offer a fantastic chance to join our team as a Visitor Experience Associate As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional visitor experience at Rugby Art Gallery & Museum and the Visitor Centre.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is proactive and flexible. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced public space and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our visitors, we would love to hear from you

**About the Role:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of our facilities and services, being able to provide information and guidance as required.

We are offering a competitive salary of £24,027 - £25,183 (£8,441 - £8,848 pro rata) for this exciting opportunity.
