Business Development Specialist

We are looking for experienced sales professionals or recruitment experts to join our Manchester office as a 360 Recruitment Specialist.
This role offers great opportunities for career progression into senior leadership positions, and the autonomy to manage your own mini-business within our organization.
You will be responsible for business development and candidate attraction, working closely with our Senior leaders and dedicated Learning & Development consultants.
Our Manchester office is our most profitable location, home to our key brands Progressive (Engineering/Energy/Construction) and Computer Futures (IT).
We specialize in Contract recruitment across these two brands.
With a strong presence of top performers in the UK, our Manchester office has seen significant growth.
This opportunity is available for either our Progressive or Computer Futures brand.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
