About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our client's team in a luxury 5-star hotel in the West End. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation in one of the hotel's renowned restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and feedback.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques, with a focus on presentation and flavor.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
