Your Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at our partner banks, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience on our platform. You will work closely with our marketing and distribution teams to help our partner banks succeed.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at our partner banks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our partner banks.
  • Work closely with our marketing and distribution teams to ensure our partner banks have a positive experience on our platform.
  • Report on the progress of relationships and projects to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the wider RM team with special projects and new product launches.
  • Work with the wider Raisin teams on key projects as required.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong background in financial services, with a proven track record of managing relationships in banking or high growth start-up environments. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a high pressure environment. Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills a plus.
