HR Administrator
About the RoleThis is a permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client, a successful manufacturing organisation based in Fife. The role will be fully site-based in Dunfermline, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Maintaining and updating HR databases
- Preparing confidential letters
- Managing HR spreadsheets and trackers
- Recording sickness and absence
- Producing HR reports
- Quality checking HR data for payroll purposes
- Sending out leavers' paperwork
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and a high level of IT proficiency, including MS Office, HR/CRM/ERP systems.
