Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Job Description:
The Estimator role involves working on high-end projects, including luxury residential properties, commercial spaces, and prime developments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Timely Estimates: Provide accurate and timely estimates for construction projects, taking into account factors such as materials, labor, and timelines.
- Collaborating with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their vision is brought to life.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet the high standards required by Jackson Young Ltd.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest construction techniques, materials, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in your work.
