We are seeking a highly skilled Area Property Manager to join our team in Hampshire and Dorset, responsible for managing a portfolio of retirement properties across the region.

As an experienced property professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retirement division, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and managed effectively. You will work closely with our head office team to resolve any issues that may arise and provide support to our on-site staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent people and property management skills, with a strong understanding of leasehold law and experience working in the retirement sector. A car allowance and generous annual leave entitlement will be provided, along with a salary of around £44,000 per annum.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be required to propose remedial actions where possible and work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a new challenge in your career.
