London Market Quality and Risk Management Specialist

This role involves ensuring the Operational Team meets established Quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and delivering a Quality Framework, implementing and managing controls, conducting data quality audits, analyzing data to generate insights, developing and maintaining quality documentation, training and educating teams on quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of the Insurance industry and London Market knowledge/experience. Previous experience within a Quality/Risk & Control environment and/or Change is also essential. Strong communication skills are required to present findings/output clearly and create and maintain a suite of training materials and operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality frameworks and controls
  • Conduct data quality audits and analyze data to generate insights
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation
  • Train and educate teams on quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Prior knowledge of the Insurance industry and London Market knowledge/experience
  • Previous experience within a Quality/Risk & Control environment and/or Change
  • Strong communication skills
