They will also ensure timely visits and assessments of all premises/employers in alignment with business needs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take necessary steps to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to coordinate health and safety assessments.
- Compile and present records, data feedback, and reports from employer visits as required for management oversight.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in risk assessment and health and safety practices, particularly in an educational or employability context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building with employers and internal teams.
- Proficient in report writing and data analysis related to health and safety assessments.
- A valid health and safety qualification, such as NEBOSH, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
We offer a competitive salary range of £24,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you may be eligible for a company car and other benefits.
