Resilience Practitioner Wanted: National Health Service

We seek a dedicated Resilience Practitioner to join our esteemed team in Essex, UK. As an Emotion Regulation and Resilience Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality services to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct parental skill-building sessions, equipping parents with essential co-regulation strategies for emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Getting Help team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and interventions in accordance with CAMHS guidelines.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 4 qualification in Child Development or related fields.
  • Proven track record of working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
