We are looking to recruit a **Private Client Practitioner **to join our team in **St Leonards, Hastings** to provide advice and documents to our clients. Full time 37.5 hrs Mon - Fri.

**Key responsibilities of a **Private Client Practitioner**
- Provide high quality and accurate legal advice to the legal team.
- Manage your own caseload of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPA’s)
- Proof read Will drafts by other members of the team.
- Work closely with the Legal Team Leader to improve and monitor processes.
- Provide legal support and advice in all aspects of Wills and LPA’s.
- Preparing technical newsletters regarding changes in law.
- Draft associated documentation such as renunciations.
- Participate in quarterly legal forum including discussing new legislation and/or case law and review recently prepared Wills.
- Participate in monthly audit call including reviewing phone appointments and providing feedback.

**Skills and experience required to be a **Private Client Practitioner**
- Previous experience of drafting Wills and LPA’s essential.
- Ideally, you will have a Law degree or STEP/CILEX qualified.
- You will be organised and efficient.
- Able to understand clients’ needs and providing solutions.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
