Software Sales Expert in Legal Markets

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team in Harrow, UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development across Europe, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the legal industry.
- Demonstrate and promote our electronic resource management solution, Onelog, to potential clients across Europe, highlighting its value proposition and benefits.
- Manage existing client relationships, providing account management, upselling licenses, and cross-selling additional modules to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to convert warm inbound leads into new customers and generate new business leads through proactive outreach.
- Promote our company's brand and products at user group meetings, events, and exhibitions, fostering strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, producing offers and quotations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and update our CRM system to track interactions, quotes, and customer information.
- Minimum one year's experience in consulting and selling software solutions to the legal industry (highly desirable).
- Proven track record in product demonstration, customer service, and new business development.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including cold calling, appointment making, consultation, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Windows, Office, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing organization.
- A competitive salary, estimated around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
