Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of our litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and electronic
  • Manage client relationships, including sending client care letters and communicating with clients, barristers, and the courts
  • Prepare and maintain electronic documents and paper files, utilizing digital dictation
  • Assist with bill preparation and general administrative tasks
  • Undertake ad hoc legal research and diary management

Requirements:

  • Essential: Legal experience and knowledge of litigation
  • Excellent audio and copy typing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with excellent document management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management (desirable)
