Job Responsibilities
- Support the Vehicle Logistics Manager and other members of the Sales team in achieving our business objectives.
- Act as the central point of contact for the Omoda & Jaecoo Dealer Network and RSM's in queries relating to vehicle delivery, registration, vehicle damage, and order fulfillment.
- Assist the Vehicle Logistics Manager with administrative duties such as submitting shipping damage claims, vehicle customs clearance, clearing down SMMT disputes, and systems administration.
- Establish and maintain daily liaison with logistics suppliers to ensure the timely processing of vehicles and vehicle delivery.
- Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement and optimize our operations.
- Assist other O&J internal departments with information requests relating to vehicle logistics and registration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics is essential for this role.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent training in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar fields.
- Literacy in computer and software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI is required.
