Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling vendor invoices, managing payment runs, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage payment runs, including remittances and vendor reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including vendor details and bank account information
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as advised, such as audits and financial reporting
- Support the administration of weekly and critical payment runs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Experience of operating across multiple legal entities with multi-currency accounts
- Demonstrated capability of working on the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
