About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse with experience in mental health to join our team. As a key member of our domiciliary care team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with mental health disabilities, supporting them to achieve their health and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct nursing care to clients with mental health disabilities in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Administer medications, monitor mental health conditions, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote optimal outcomes.
  4. Offer emotional support and counseling to clients and their families, helping them manage mental health challenges and improve their overall quality of life.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, progress, and any changes in condition, adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.
What You'll Need
  • Registered Nurse with a valid UK Nursing license and PIN.
  • Experience in mental health nursing, preferably within a community or domiciliary setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and therapeutic approaches.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
