Job Description

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care to residents. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met;
  2. Working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans;
  3. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
