Care Manager for Adults

Compass Associates is proud to partner with a prestigious care provider in their search for an experienced and dynamic Care Manager to lead a dedicated team within a residential care setting.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of care professionals and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks and implementing any necessary improvements.
- Providing leadership and support for the care team to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient service operation while maintaining financial sustainability.
- BUILDING strong relationships with residents' families and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
Qualifications and Experience:
A highly experienced Care Manager with a proven track record in managing residential and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours.
Possesses a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development, including support for progression to Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications.
Experience managing services for adults with a variety of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities, with a solid understanding of risk management and safeguarding practices.
