Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Assistant. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care that meets the needs of our residents.
- Work effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or care assistant role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid DBS check (if not in place, we can assist with obtaining one).
- Care-related qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) are desirable, but not essential.
