Primary Care Physician Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Primary Care Physician to lead our team at Woodland Drive Medical Centre. As a General Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventative health practices.
About the Role:- Provide consultations to patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of health issues
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, and minor injuries
- Manage chronic conditions by creating individualized treatment plans
- Promote preventative health practices and screenings
- Offer health education and lifestyle advice to patients and their families
- Collaborate with nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review cases and improve patient care
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines, policies, and advancements in general practice
- Adhere to Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, safeguarding policies, and WDMCs protocols
- A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
