The Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth Accelerator - Business Intelligence Expert to join our GTM Analytics team. This role will play a crucial part in accelerating growth by providing key insights to the Sales organization, enabling them to close new business and renewal opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations for Account Management leadership.
  • Create data visualizations that simplify complex information, engaging stakeholders and driving them to action.
  • Document, monitor, and proactively recommend improvements to data processes and key metrics, quantifying the impact of changes for leaders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Snowflake, Redshift, and Salesforce, with familiarity with related CRM integrations (ZoomInfo, Clari, Marketo, Zendesk).
  • Experience with using SQL to build data views and understanding of data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
