Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vessel Operations Engineer to join our team in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience of offshore projects and ideally have experience within offshore installation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and activities of the MSV, including mobilization, pre-lay survey, anchor pile installation, touch down point monitoring, support to Castorone for pipelay campaign, anchor pile removal, pre-commissioning campaign, and final demob.

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply now.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with engineering team to guarantee all required documentation is prepared, shared and commented by the vessel crew
  • Interface with vessel team to guarantee project requirements are met
  • Review and approval of task plans pertaining to pipeline operations which are written offshore, to ensure compliance with approved procedures
  • Jointly responsible with QC Coordinator for ensuring the correct revisions of documents are available on-board
