Job Title: Lead Marine Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team in the UK.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer to take on a challenging role with a reputable towage operator. As a Lead Marine Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vessels across four regions in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our fleet, including vessel maintenance and crew management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Chief Engineer 9000kw CoC or higher (2/E Unlimited CoC may be considered).
  • Updated STCW training.
  • Security certificate.
  • ENG1.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
