Spinnaker is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the marine reinsurance program as Global Marine Reinsurance Lead. This strategic hire will oversee the procurement of marine insurance across various lines of business, including Excessive Loss Cover, Hull and Machinery (H&M), and Protection and Indemnity (P&I).

This role requires a deep understanding of both the direct marine market and re-insurance market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the marine market, either as a Broker or Underwriter.

As part of Spinnaker's succession planning initiative, this role offers opportunities for career growth and development for the right candidate who is willing to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the company's success.

The Global Marine Reinsurance Lead will be responsible for managing international relationships with C-Suite stakeholders in finance and underwriting departments in Europe and London. Frequent travel may be required to facilitate these interactions.

In exchange for their expertise, Spinnaker offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the company provides sponsorship for relocation if needed.
