Cornwall Marine Network (CMN) is seeking a highly skilled Training Lead for its Employer Led Skills (ELS) project. The ELS project aims to address various issues concerning workforce development and upskilling in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training packages to local businesses, with a focus on the Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the growth and development of marine businesses in the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience of delivering high-quality training packages to employers. A recent and relevant DBS check is also required. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
